The Chairman of the Future (Gelecek) Party, Ahmet Davutoğlu, addressed the AKP and MHP voters, reminding the various actions of the government and asking the following question:
"Are you satisfied?"
If this question had been asked a few years ago, we would have no doubt that the overwhelming majority of voters from both parties would answer "Of course we are pleased"!
But since the question has been asked today, we cannot say that "we are overwhelmingly satisfied".
Undoubtedly, some of them will reply again as "of course we are satisfied", but a very important part of them will express their dissatisfaction with the practices that bother them.
How do we arrive at this judgment?
We do not make such a judgment from where we sit or from a desk.
The reactions and complaints we receive from our immediate environment lead us to such a judgment.
As you know, we had a companionship with the cadres that formed this power in the past!
When our friends decided to "change shirts and continue on a different lane", we were obliged to disagree with this decision and to separate our ways with them.
As such, we had many mutual friends who did not think like us and gave them their right!
Until recently, while these mutual friends always took a stance in favor of the government by “criticizing us”, we witness that their discourse has changed considerably recently.
He cannot count the mistakes made by some rulers.
Some, though not in every subject, draw clear lines with the government on fundamental issues.
We know that under these circumstances, the question of “Are you satisfied” asked by the Chairman of the Future Party Davutoğlu cannot be answered positively.
Can people who are in the position of "hit a thousand ah listen" today ever say "yes, we are glad"?
That is why, apart from a very fanatical group, we can say that most of the ruling party voters have become "unsatisfied" due to the actions put forward.
The number of unsatisfied people is increasing so much that those who can not get their speed start looking for a new party just like Davutoğlu! It would not come as a surprise that the number of dissatisfied with the government differs from the number of satisfied.
