A few days ago, OECD's report on bribery incidents in Turkey was published on our newspaper's website!

You've probably read the report!

If you missed it or didn't read it, let us give you a summary of the news:

The OECD report states:

Turkey does not fight bribery!

What can be called the right word?

Yes, bribery is not fought in Turkey!

It can even be said that Turkey is living with bribery!

Bribery is an integral part of life in Turkey!

The news in the media on this subject reveals that it is almost impossible to take a step without bribery.

Bribery is, of course, an event that has existed in every period of history!

Today, it is a fact that it has gained new dimensions!

We hear such news that as soon as we hear it, we are stunned and, so to speak, we are stuck.

For example, a public official who requests a bribe from the employer to do a job asks the bribe giver the following question when he is paid:

Did you make it halal, brother?

The bribe giver says, "Good luck, boy"!

What would you do if you were not surprised when you heard about such an event?

We were both astonished and did not know what to say or what to do!

So we're stuck.

It is clear that there is a tremendous erosion in our moral structure!

For example, "the devil looks after his own", it means that people can't help asking for bribes and they try to make it halal.

Isn't it time to question "how we got here or how we got here"?

When it is said that we will raise a religious generation, it is obvious what kind of generation is being raised!

Many of our value judgments are upside down!

We are alone with a generation that does not realize that they destroy the veil even while covering their heads!

Undoubtedly, life with bribery destroys all our values!
