A rumor that a “new party” will be established has roamed around nowadays.
As some claims that the new party will be established by Davutoglu, some claims by Babacan, some claims by Gul, finally Dilipak joined to this caravan and said in his corner that maybe Erdogan will establish a new party.
By claiming that the AKP worn out the Erdogan brand so much, Dilipak who expressed that some serious mistakes has been made in election campaign, states that some of the discourses of AKP may backfire.
Will Erdogan establish a new party?
He can, of course, but what is it be useful for! While the situation of the AKP which he has previously established and said that it will be governing by common mind is clear, what will change if he establishes a new party?
Or in a different way:
What will the new party be benefit for?
Does it mean anything but a flutter in vain?
Will it be something but an effort in vain? In our view, Erdogan’s taking such a step would be nothing but the declaration of being actually finished and exhausted. What is the reality in front of us now? The reality of the fact that Erdogan is unable to make himseşf listened to his party!
Despite all Erdogan’s warnings and monitions the cadres who have seized the AKP continue to read what they know. For the reason that Erdogan cannot prevent this actions of reading what they know, if he leaves the AKP alone and establishes a new party, can he make himself listened to? We don’t think so!
Because those who are inspired by the AKP experience will continue to read what they know by establishing dominance in new party.
At this stage, the most healthy work to be done must be to go aside and rest their head a little by accepting that the theses they put forward did not come true.
For years, it has been always said “if that what we say happens, the stability will be achieved and things take shape” by coming up with promises in front of the voters but neither the stability is achieved nor things take shape.
The new party will not mean anything beyond such a promise too.
So, it will be nothing but a trying with a sad ending.
Dilipak states some discourses may be “backfire” in his article about the subject and we state “this must be taken into consideration and the stress-generating discourses should be abandoned as soon as possible”.
Because the discourses that constitutes tension is wearing out Erdogan too, not only the AKP.
