CHABAD members from home and abroad flock to the representative office, which has no official status and hosts rituals and meetings.
 
While these activities disturbed the residents of Teşvikiye, a citizen who spoke to Milli Gazete said, "They turned one floor of a building into a CHABAD center. People come here often. They are holding meetings. They also take walks together."
