In a report, the group pointed out that Palestinian detainee Sami Abu Diak had passed away due to medical negligence in Zionists' prisons. The report documented the arrest of seven Palestinian from Gaza, two of whom are merchants who had been detained at Beit Hanoun (Erez) crossing.

Two fishermen were also arrested while working off Rafah’s coast in southern Gaza, the report continued, noting that two young men were detained after allegedly crossing the border fence east of Gaza.

Last month, Jerusalem Mayor Adnan Ghaith was detained several times and also summoned for interrogation, the report pointed out, adding that Zionist occupation arrested Jerusalem Affairs Minister Fadi Hidmi after assaulting him.

Zionist regime detained eight women, including Kifah al-Amori, mother of Palestinian detainee Wisam Hanoun, who was detained on her visit to her son at the Megiddo Prison.

The report documented the arrest of 58 children throughout the last month, the youngest of whom is 10-year-old Basil Ashour who was kidnapped on his way back from school in Hebron.

The rights group found that the number of Palestinian detainees who died or were killed in zionists' prisons had jumped to 222, following the death of Sami Abu Diak, 37, who died as a result of medical negligence at the "Ramleh prison hospital."

Abu Diak was detained 2002 and was given three life sentences, but he was not sick at the time of his arrest before his health had deteriorated as a result of a medical error following a surgery at the zionists' "Soroka" hospital.

Despite their critical health conditions, Tawfiq al-Hindi, 29, and Ahmad Zahran, 42, have been on an open-ended hunger strike for more than 70 days in a row to protest their administrative detention in zionists' prisons.

The group reported that zionists' courts issued 74 administrative detention orders, 34 of them were made to renew the detention of Palestinian for about 2-6 months.
