“BAD COURSE IN THE ECONOMY WORRIES CITIZENS”

Saadet Party Bursa Provincial Vice President Taner Keleş, who conveyed his observations during the tradesmen's visit, stated that the bad course in the economy worries the citizens more and more every day and said, “Harmancık has become one of the districts that send the most immigrants in Bursa. The young population in Harmancık decreased due to migration. There is not even a small industrial site in the district. People say, ‘We cannot make a living with the help of one kilo of pasta, one kilo of bulgur, we need jobs, we are not beggars.’ We want to earn our living by working. The bad state of the economy worries citizens. People are aware that their purchasing power is declining. They know very well that food aid is a sign of impoverishment. Market tradesmen say that people could not go to the market due to the economic crisis and that sales fell.”
