Although it was announced in September, many politicians are reacting to the appointment of 15,000 teachers, which came to the fore with the injustice experienced in the interview results the other day.

Ersan Bilgin, Deputy Chairman of the Felicity (Saadet) Party in charge of Education, stated that the young people are worried about the future in line with the results of the interviews, and underlined that the government is failing in appointments as in all other issues.

Reactions continue over the allegations of injustice in the interview results of the last 15,000 teacher appointments.

While many politicians reacted to the results of the interview, Saadet Party Deputy Chairman for Education Ersan Bilgin underlined that the hopes of the young people were shattered with the announced results and that they should not be thrown into bigger troubles with the anxiety of the future.

“APPOINTMENTS SHOULD BE BASED ON WRITTEN EXAM”

Evaluating the interview results to Milli Gazete, Bilgin stated that all appointments should be fair.

“The government should not compromise on justice, consciousness of trust, merit and competence. Nepotism and partisan approach is one of the greatest evils done to a state, a nation. Written examination should be the main criterion in appointments. Oral is a subjective approach in any case. Our people and young people, who got high scores in the written exams, should not be eliminated in the oral exams and thrown into greater troubles due to injustice, hopelessness and future anxiety,” he told Milli Gazete.

“THEIR PERSPECTIVES FAR FROM A FAIR STATE UNDERSTANDING”

Underlining that the partisan and my man view should be abandoned in appointments, Bilgin emphasized that the government should make fair appointments, “The power has failed in appointments, as in every other issue. The partisan and my man view poses serious problems. This is an approach far from the understanding of a fair state. Our nation does not deserve this," he added.
