Psychiatrist and retired Lieutenant Colonel Doctor Sezai Uyar joined the Felicity (Saadet) Party. Having served in the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) for many years, Dr. Uyar is currently working as a faculty member in the psychiatry department of a private university hospital. A member of the Istanbul Medical Chamber, Dr. Uyar is married; He is the father of 4 children named Ahmet Celalettin, Hatice Büşra, Ayşe and Mümine Rabia.
“I JOINED TO FIND MY LAND”
Describing the excitement of joining to Saadet to the Milli Gazete, retired Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Sezai Uyar said, “My late father, retired Air Petty Officer Ahmet Uyar, met our Erbakan Hodja at the Lüleburgaz rally in 1973, and our National Vision (Milli Görüş) family line has remained unchanged until today. My father served as the head of the election headquarters in the Welfare (Refah) Party, as a candidate for the Kayseri Yeşilhisar Provincial General Assembly and in many services. Our family comes from a National Visionist and mystical tradition. My father, the late Ahmet Uyar, is the last of His Holiness Mevlana's teacher, Seyyid Burhaneddin, who was buried in Kayseri. He was known as the spiritual mausoleum of Seyyid Burhaneddin. As the son of such a father, I joined the Saadet Party to find my land.”

Expressing that the Milli Gazete is very valuable to his family, “My late father subscribed to Milli Gazete after he met our teacher Erbakan in 1973, and since then, Milli Gazete has continued as a family tradition.
