The Aegean Region Meeting of the Felicity (Saadet) Party Women's Branch was held in İzmir the other day. Saadet Party Women's Branch Chairwoman Nurgül Beytiye Ekinci, Saadet Party Headquarters Women's Branch Organization Chairwoman Ayşe Bölükbaşı, Saadet Party Women's Branch Regional Presidents Suna Canıtez and Nazile Şanal also attended the meeting that brought together Saadet Party Women’s Branch of İzmir, Balıkesir, Denizli, Muğla, Manisa, Uşak and Aydın Provincial Chairwomen and Organizations. Nurgül Beytiye Ekinci addressed the women of the Saadet Party at the meeting held at the Karabağlar Cultural Center with the slogan "Let's Fall Again on the Roads with You" and expressed that she saw the excitement and spirit of National Vision (Milli Gorus) in the hall.
“WE WILL FEED THE CITIZEN FIRST”
In her speech at the meeting, Nurgül Beytiye Ekinci stated that they did not mention only the negativities about the situation of the country, “The only party that put forward the solution proposals along with the problem is the Saadet Party. While power criticizing the queues of the 1950s, I would like to remind you that the country is experiencing bread and gasoline queues today. On the other hand, the shrinkage in agricultural areas should be underlined. We must advance not only in agriculture, but also in technology, science, academia, in every field. But first, we will fill citizen’s stomach. Then, we will produce, then, we will have advanced technology. How? Without sending our youth out of the country. Without missing our thinking people and the brains we have won," she said.
“THE TABLE THAT POLITICS MISSES”
Evaluating the meeting where six opposition party leaders came together to seek a common solution, "They asked where is the foot of the table, who is under the table? But we know that those who asked these questions, actually said that there was someone under the tables they were sitting at. The foot of that table is 84 million people, from Hakkari to Izmir, from Trabzon to Antalya, from Adana to Sivas. And it is a table that politics misses. Because the politicians who come together for the interests and future of country and the people, not for their own interests. For our country, for our nation, without giving up on our vision and basic principles, we sit down with everyone and talk for this country. There is the people at our table, there is justice, there is peace," Nurgül Beytiye Ekinci added.
