In the 6th year of the treacherous coup attempt on July 15, press statements continue to come from all over Turkey. One of these press releases came from the Saadet Party Malatya Provincial Presidency. In the press statement made by the Saadet Party Malatya Provincial President Mustafa Canbay with the participation of many media members at the Saadet Party Malatya Provincial Presidency, it was underlined that it is sad that the coups are still being talked about in Turkey in the 21st century. Speaking in the press statement about the coup attempt on July 15, Mustafa Canbay, the Provincial Chairman of the Saaddet Party Malatya, added, “Coups mean blood, cruelty and tears. For decades, this nation has experienced the pain of coups in the streets, schools, prisons and torture rooms. Everyone should engrave in their minds that who comes with the elections will go with the elections. Civil politics is better than the best military tutelage. It is a sad situation for our country that the coups are still being talked about in our country in 21st century. No matter who did it, whether it was the 28 Februaryists or FETO, they did the worst harm to this country with the orders they received from somewhere. Just yesterday, the former US national security adviser did not see any harm in explaining how they supported the coup attempts in the countries.”

Saadet Party Malatya Provincial President Mustafa Canbay emphasized that everyone who took to the squares on July 15, regardless of party, shouted to the whole world that the period of coups was over, and said, “Those who tried to massacre our democracy were opposed with our 251 martyrs. That night, the putschists could not achieve their goals, thanks to thousands of people who took to the streets regardless of what anyone said. As the Saadet Party, we say that as an organization that has suffered the most during these coup periods, this nation with Turks, Kurds, Lazi, Circassians, etc. will never give the coup plotters an opportunity again.”
