IYI Party Chairwoman Meral Akşener criticizes President Erdogan's words that there is no hunger in Turkey and said, "It is really an example. Come to be one of the orphans’ supporter, lead a life with 10 salaried counselors, it's really exemplary. Do we live in another country? The one who live in palace does not understand the state of the nation. Erdogan, it is a shame, a sin. Could there be such arrogance? Do you not feel ashamed at all, do you not have any conscience? What anger, what greed, what stubbornness is this? Shame on you.”
