Felicity (Saadet) Party Konya Deputy Abdulkadir Karaduman submitted a parliamentary question asking Health Minister Fahrettin Koca to answer. In the written question he submitted on October 18, 2021, he asked the number of health personnel who resigned during the pandemic process. Despite 4 months from the date of submission of the questionnaire, the questionnaire still has not been answered.

Karaduman, who wants the public to be enlightened about the resignations of health professionals, which has been on the agenda frequently recently, said that the question he gave was not answered despite the time passed, it gave rise to questions "Is the Ministry hiding the data?"
“HEALTHCARE WORKERS HAVE NO WAY OTHER THAN RESIGNATION
Karaduman stated that in addition to the workload, health workers who are exposed to violence and mobbing have no other way but to resign, adding, "Practices of the pressure of the hospital administrations on the employees, the necessity of vaccination and PCR tests, irregular and intense working hours, arbitrary assignments are the main reasons for resignations," he said.

What is the number of doctors, nurses, caregivers and cleaning staff among the health workers who resigned from their duties?
What is the number of health workers who resigned from the date of vaccination due to vaccination obligation?
What studies does your ministry plan to carry out in the upcoming period in order to reduce the pressure on health workers?”
