Yes, it is what it is and now the second Taliban era has begun in Afghanistan.

What compromises were made in the negotiations between the US and the Taliban in Doha, which began in late 2018? These are not well known. But by mid-August 2021, every point from which the US withdrew fell into the hands of Taliban forces. The future of the country will undoubtedly depend on the decisions of the Taliban. Was this how the US invasion, which began 20 years ago, would end? This administration, where first Hamid Karzai and then Ashraf Ghani were elected president twice, came to power with the support of the USA. Why was Afghanistan handed over to the Taliban now? While these questions and related/dependent problems continue to remain on the agenda, worse days may be experienced in the geography of Afghanistan.

Let's continue with a warning and suggestions we have made for twenty years...

WHAT CAN THE UNITED NATIONS DO IN THIS CASE?

1. France, Germany, Russia and China should continue to resist the US administration, being aware of all these developments; Turkey, Iran and Pakistan should also stand by them and both the credibility of the United Nations should be raised and it should give moral support to these targeted countries.

2. A Contemporary University should be established in the West, as opposed to the Contemporary Madrasa to be established by Muslims. In this university, the Qur'an should be re-evaluated within the data of today's science, and the texts of other divine books and religions should be taught on the basis of the Qur'an. A civilizational competition between the Contemporary Madrasa and the Contemporary University should be maintained, and the third millennium civilization should be established based on these studies.

3. The United Nations should establish a “Foundation Interest Free Bank”. This bank should provide interest-free loans to developing countries. With this loan, that country will amortize its loan when it develops. Thus, that country will not give interest to this bank, but it will also contribute to interest-free loans. This “Foundation Interest Free Bank” will establish the future world. In the future, today's developed countries will also have to get loans from this bank, and the bank will help them. This project is an international cooperation effort.

4. International supervision should be determined not by the MAJORITY DECISION of the United Nations, but by the "REFEREE'S DECISION", the United Nations should only support the countries that the arbitrators find justified.

Let's continue with the statements made by UMAD, the International Muslim Scholars Solidarity Association... 'Those who aspire to govern the country (Afghanistan) should feel obliged to establish a pluralistic structure in which all views that are not openly contrary to our religion are represented within the broad tolerance of Islam.' UMAD. He expressed his responsibilities with the following words: 'As all Muslims, it is our duty to help our Afghan brothers and sisters, especially Muslim scholars and administrators, in the name of the reconstruction and good administration of Afghanistan. It is our brotherhood responsibility to support their good and good decisions and to warn them about their wrong decisions and behaviors. Our concern is the possibility of displaying an image that will humiliate Islam and Islamic values in front of the world public opinion with his actions despite saying that they put Islam and its values in the center.' Then, “The general amnesty you declared, the tolerance you showed and your messages with an embracing content for everyone living in Afghanistan have put the hearts at ease. It is the common desire of all of us that these messages are reflected in the whole country. (...) It is expected from you to practice Islamic justice in the best way and to show more respect for human rights, especially the rights of women and children.' The statement, signed by Abdulvahap Ekinci, Chairman of the Board of Directors and High Advisory Board, ends: 'Our expectation from our Afghan brothers, It is not to extinguish the hopes of the ummah that have been weakened in the last century, but to make them green. The first step of this will be to consider all believers in the world, especially those in Afghanistan, as brothers and to present an exemplary fair administration model to all humanity.'
