Saadet Party Antalya Deputy Şerafettin Kılıç submitted a parliamentary question to the Turkish Grand National Assembly, requesting that it be answered by the Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak.
In the parliamentary question, he conveyed his questions regarding the sponsorship agreement of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), which has been on the agenda recently while Israel's attacks on Gaza continue, with a company that supports Israel.
In the parliamentary question submitted by Kılıç, it was reminded that Israel's attacks on Gaza continue, and it was underlined that the citizens were not indifferent to this massacre.
“IT IS WONDERING WHETHER SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENTS WILL BE CANCELED”
In the motion, it was pointed out that the government continued its relations with Israel despite the reactions of the citizens against the massacre committed by Israel, and it was emphasized that the transfer of products from Turkish ports to Israel still continues.
In the proposal, "It is clear that sports, which have an important role in establishing social peace, are associated with violence and massacres due to sponsorship agreements, which will cause serious damage. It is wondered whether the sponsorship agreements between the companies supporting Israel and the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) and Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF) will be cancelled," it was stated.

Kılıç asked the following questions to Minister of Youth and Sports Bak:
"Which companies do TFF, TBF and TVF have sponsorship agreements with? What periods do these agreements cover?
What is the content of the sponsorship agreement made with TFF, TBF and TVF by the company, which announced with visuals that it sent food to Israeli soldiers during Israel's attack on Gaza?
When was this agreement made?
Is your ministry involved in sponsorship agreements made with companies that support Israel?
Will these agreements be canceled?"
