Saadet Party Deputy Chairman Fatih Aydın, who made a statement to the Milli Gazete regarding the works to be started by the Saadet Party as of December 15, pointed out that the problems of the citizens have increased rapidly in recent years, and stated that they will come together with citizens all over Turkey with the field studies to be carried out. Aydın said, “We will carry out provincial visits covering the months of December, January and February in order to listen to our citizens.”
“OUR CITIZENS NEED REST TODAY”
Stating that as the Saadet Party, they prioritize reaching out to the citizens all over Turkey, worrying about the problems of the citizens and listening to the citizens, Aydın pointed out that within the scope of the study, all the Vice Presidents of the Saadet Party and the members of the General Administrative Board (GIK) will be on the field. “Unfortunately, our people in Turkey are in a state of despair due to the economic, social and political crises they are dragged along. So we will have gone to their feet in order to be with them in this crisis that our people are going through, to share their trouble, to be together with them. Our priority here is not only to understand, but primarily to listen to our citizens. People need rest today,” he said.

Pointing out that in the current political climate in Turkey, everything is self-centered, Aydın stated that the citizens are further polarized with an additional discriminatory style to these existing problems, adding, “Unfortunately, in the current political climate in Turkey, everything is self-centered. In this political environment where the discourses of ‘me’, ‘my party’, ‘my power’, ‘my seat’ are dominant, we will have carried out a field study by prioritizing ‘you first’, ‘consent with you’, ‘can’t be without you’. In this context, there is a great language of grudge and hatred, especially in politics, in the current situation in Turkey. Unfortunately our people divided and polarized. We, as the Saadet Party, will come together with our citizens on the ground in order to convey that we are united in order to dissipate this climate, that we are together, that all 85 million children of this country are brothers, to ensure social reconciliation, to ensure that we are not reckoning but writing off each other’s debts. We will prioritize meeting with everyone,” he added. Stating that the works to be carried out will be carried out in December, January and February, Aydın pointed out that all of the provincial and district organizations will be on the field, and said, “We will start to implement our Public Relations Provincial Surveys as of December 15th. Thus, we will have the chance to listen to the problems of our citizens more closely.”
