IYI Party Chairman Meral Akşener made evaluations on the agenda at the Group Meeting of her party in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).
Akşener, who harshly criticized President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, blamed the government on the economy.
Referring to President Erdoğan's statement that we can put the elections forward, Akşener said,
Erdogan, don't tire yourself, there is no date for you to be elected in the next 5 months. Try all you want, there is no escape from the sad ending in the chest. Whether it's done tomorrow or a month from now, at the ballot box you have no choice but to retire. A friend's advice to you, instead of going head-to-head with your sidekicks and calculating, make an effort to do the right things in the last 5 months. Your presidency was bad, at least have a good jubilee.

Akşener pointed out that the citizens had a difficult time in the economy,

They are afraid that the lie of the Nabataean minister 'We have lowered inflation' will explode by June. They are afraid that the raises they have given will melt away by June. Because they themselves know that the inflation monster is growing faster than it announced.
