Yalçın said that they continue to work and struggle to solve many problems such as giving 3600 additional indicators to public servants who are promoted to the first degree, giving university administrative staff the right to relocate, eliminating wage imbalances, implementing the decisions taken in the collective agreement and many other problems.

Yalçın also touched upon the genocide committed by Israel in Gaza.
"These days, our struggle to resolve the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and end the genocide has become more intense. This is a requirement of being human and being Islam. There are ignorant people who say, 'What do you think about the Zionist oppression and genocide in Gaza?' No one can say 'I do not care'. Neither a human being nor an Islamic person can turn a blind eye to this. Our belief says 'when you see evil, either correct it with your hand, intervene with your tongue, or hate it with your heart'. It advises to have an attitude, not to remain indifferent. Those who hate with their hearts are those who are not organized and whose reactions do not spill out. Being organized is a prerequisite for not remaining indifferent," Yalçın said.
