Adnan Danışman, Chairman of the Business People's Association of the Century (ASRIAD), made an assessment about the Presidential and 18th Term Parliamentary Elections.
Noting that the issue that most interests the business world regarding the elections is the elimination of uncertainties as soon as possible, Danışman said, "With the holding of the presidential elections, it is time to reconsider the political economy as soon as possible. The highly volatile economic panorama we live in must be left behind. Our expectation of a more predictable and safer economic life continues. We still expect to have the opportunity to conduct consultations effectively in the formation of new policies."

Danışman stated that it is pleasing that the elections took place with high turnout and resulted in a great calm.
"It is very valuable that the results are manifested in a distribution that will represent the will of the nation as comprehensively as possible. May 14 has taken its place in history as one of the important elections made by our country. The fact that the participation reached 90 percent is proof that its importance is understood by the nation. Although there was a partially tense election process during the election propaganda period, it was pleasing that the elections passed very calmly and that there were no obstacles in front of the will of the people. Despite the fact that the election took place in the shadow of major events such as pandemics, wars and disasters, it is highly appreciated that the election is completed with great maturity and that the nation's choice is reflected as best as possible to the parliament and the presidency. We expect everyone to show the generosity shown by the nation. Now it remains to wait for everyone to respect the will of the nation, which will be manifested on May 28," Danışman added.
