Felicity (Saadet) Party Women's Branch, which aims to regenerate the green areas that have disappeared in recent years with the "Necmettin Erbakan-Forest of Hope Campaign", invited all citizens to donate saplings to this campaign.
The "Necmettin Erbakan-Forest of Hope Campaign" was launched by Saadet Party's Women's Branch. The first sapling of the campaign, which aims to draw attention to the serious forest fires and the destruction in the environment in the last period, was planted yesterday by Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu, Saadet Party Konya Deputy and Youth Branch Chairman Abdülkadir Karaduman and Women's Branch Chairwoman Ebru Asiltürk. Before the sapling planting, a program was held at Saadet Party Headquarters.
“WE ARE FACING A CLIMATE CRISIS”
Speaking in the program, Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu congratulated the women's branches of his party that started such a campaign. Karamollaoğlu stated that Turkey and the whole world are facing a climate crisis.
"There were forest fires that lasted for days in the previous months. As a result of these fires, a large forest area was destroyed. Our ladies' branches accepted this as an opportunity and signed an important campaign to bring the forests back to life. We will take the first step of this campaign together here today," he said.
